Hello and welcome 🦋 I am an independent advanced esthetician located in Cleveland near Ohio City/ Downtown area. I specialize in luxury lash extension services. I have been in business since May 2020, and have serviced over 450 amazing people with a client repeat percentage of 59% 🤩💖 I ask that you please read over the cancellation/ deposit policy when booking. Always feel welcomed to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have ♥️ Instagram - AleahClaudio Accepted Payments: Cash / Zelle / Card on file No refunds * Deposit is also non refundable * Lash Services: • Contacts must be removed!!! • No eye makeup- if lashes aren’t clean a $15 cleaning fee will be added. • Foreign fills are an additional $20 and may require removal + full set. * Upon arrival I will let you know if I’ll be able to work over previous lash work. Lash Care: • keep lashes dry for 24 hours • no rubbing/ pulling/ mascara • keep oils away • clean daily using Star Beauty Studio’s lash cleanser kit.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Being independent means time is very valuable to both my clients and I. Please be courteous and book accordingly.
When booking a $30 non refundable deposit is required. This goes TOWARDS your service total!
All cancellations without rebooking immediately and within a weeks time period of original appointment will result in a loss of deposit.
I ask that if you need to reschedule you do so 48 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling within the 48 hours will mean you lose your deposit and will need to pay a new deposit when rebooking.
I do charge 50% for no shows with no communication, in addition to the non refundable deposit. If card is unable to charge, before booking again no show payment is due.
This applies to everyone!!! Non refundable- non negotiable.
Please Note after 15 minutes appointment may be cancelled, if so you will need to reschedule and pay a new deposit to rebook.
